You will also view Moroccan pottery at the cooperative. In the afternoon, you will drive to the Medina’s panoramic view and the new city to see contemporary Fes.
After breakfast, drive to Fes across the Middle Atlas. We’ll travel via “Little Switzerland” Ifrane. Azrou, a Berber carpet market town, follows. You’ll encounter Barbary apes in Morocco’s biggest Cedar Forest. After lunch, you’ll traverse the Atlas Mountains by a tiny pass and arrive at your Midelt hotel for an overnight stay.
