Get to Tangier from Tarifa by ferry across the Strait of Gibraltar. Your English speaking private driver will meet with you at the port upon arrival holding a banner with your name on it. Drive through the Ville of Nouvelle, which is divided up into different international districts as it was constructed & ruled by 7 countries.

Your sightseeing tour of Tangier will take you to the Cap Spartel promontory, where the Mediterranean & the Atlantic seas converge.
